Common questions and quick fixes.

My dashboard is locked / shows a paywall.

Either the Shopify connection or an active plan is missing. Connect the store (/connect-shopify) or pick a plan (/pricing).

I keep getting redirected from /dashboard.

That's intended: /dashboard is only a router. Brands go to /dashboard/brand, buyers with submissions to /dashboard/creator, everyone else to /choose-brand.

My products are missing.

They sync from Shopify. Check the connection under …/integrations/shopify and trigger a re-sync if needed.

How do I invite buyers?

Through a campaign. Each invitation generates a unique link of the form /submission/brand/{brandId}/{token}.

How often can a buyer submit a video?

Up to 3 attempts. Once approved, the submission is complete.

Switching language.

Swap /en for /de in the link (or vice versa). Supported: English (en, default) and German (de). The submission stepper follows the language set in the campaign.
