A cycle is 30 days. Usage counters reset at the start of each cycle.
14-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on the plan you pick. Each brand gets one trial. If you switch plans during the trial, the remaining trial days carry over.
Billing through Shopify
Tryvo is billed through your Shopify account (Shopify managed pricing). That means:
- You choose or change the plan on Shopify's own plan page — Tryvo links you there from Settings → Plan & billing.
- The charge shows up on your regular Shopify invoice. Manage billing opens Settings → Billing in your Shopify admin, where you'll also find your invoices.
- Upgrades and downgrades both go through Shopify.
What counts toward your limits

Invitations are not limited.
When you reach a limit, the action is blocked until the next cycle or until you upgrade. For submissions this means buyers can't submit new videos — keep an eye on the usage bars in Settings.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Shopify. A cancelled subscription keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the dashboard shows the plan picker again — your data stays.
No plan yet?
Without an active plan or trial, the dashboard is locked behind the plan picker. From there you can start a trial, switch brands, sign out or delete the brand.
